Poppy is a screenless smartphone for kids. Using WiFi it allows parents to provide their children a safe way communicate with family/friends while also exercising their curiosity and creativity. We've designed how Poppy works to keep parents in control of device usage. Parents can choose to receive a nightly notification informing them on how their child has been using the device.

Voice-texting and Phone calls

Poppy's WiFi phone capabilities give kids the autonomy to send/receive voice/text messages and make phone calls. Only parent-approved contacts (family, friends, etc) can communicate. The device cannot get spam or messages/calls from unapproved phone numbers.

Sidekick

We designed Poppy to be simple, no screen and just a single button that allows a child to speak to the device. Poppy acts as a sidekick to support the child's request, whether that is to send a voice note (as outlined above) or to help them learn, create and feed their curiosity (imagine voice-accessible age-appropriate access to Encyclopedia Britannica).

Poppy helps children be their most independent self. Poppy knows the local weather, great for helping kids prepare for the day ahead. Poppy has timers, great for keeping kids on schedule or on task.

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date you received your device; we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. This doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.
